The purpose of manning a booth at a fair or carnival is to inform our community as to our presence and mission mandate. We are called to go fishing and so these booth events are specific opportunities to share the gospel and invite the hearer to accept Jesus as their personal Lord and Saviour.

Romans 10:9-11, "If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved."

2 Corinthians 6:2, "For he says, “In the time of my favor I heard you, and in the day of salvation I helped you.” I tell you, now is the time of God’s favor, now is the day of salvation."
